Honest Hearts Broken, What do?

I accidently shot some of those horse people at the start of the dlc after the caravan ambush, I got the quest to get to map of the canyons, so after fighting my way into the narrows, the quest marker just stays over a tent and there is nothing there for me. What did I do?

You failed all the quests in honest hearts and got chaos in zion. Daniel's body I believe has the map of the grand staircase on him. Once you get that you can leave zion and the dlc is over.

Killed Daniel, but there was no map on him

It might be in white bird's cave. Last time I did chaos in zion I remember looking all over for the map following the marker and it turned out I had it on me the whole time, I picked it up somewhere and never noticed I picked it up

That's debatable. I personally think it's the worst and most lackluster dlc. Not to mention if you side with Graham (which is the only logical choice), the entire dlc up to that point was pointless fetch quests for no purpose.

This happened to me as well. A hostile npc was standing 2 feet away from a named npc, and I was using an Anti-Material Rifle with explosive rounds. Needless to say, there was some collateral damage. I didn't realize what I'd done until after exploring a decent portion of Zion, so I didn't reload my save. Damn shame.
