The same way you installed it. If absolutely necessary, redownload the ENB, look at all its files, find them in your Fallout New Vegas folder, and remove them. There are mods that handle this but I've never used them and don't know for sure that they work after the fact. I believe the most popular one is on the Skyrim Nexus, not the New Vegas one, but don't quote me.

Delete all files associated with the enb.
All right i will give it a try but if the game is all messed up it will be all right i can redownload it or validate it.

I mean, you could just do that and skip everything else if you don't mind waiting a few minutes where you won't be able to play New Vegas. Of course, if you have other mods, things could get screwy.

Validating won't help you unless you delete (or rename) your folder, though. It doesn't remove non-vanilla files or revert the ones you've changed, which is a really good thing for modding. It only adds the ones that are corrupt or missing. Hence, delete or rename your folder if you want to go this route.

When i try to uninstall it, it somehow just puts the files back in the folder even though i have removed them
