Area between Ranger Station Charlie and Wolfhorn Ranch bugged

Alright, so I was playing New Vegas the other day and once I reached the area around Wolfhorn Ranch (At the Viper Ambush spot a lil past Nipton) My game started to bug out (No sounds/effects, freezes for a minute when going into the Pip-Boy). I had initially countered this by fast traveling out of there and going back, but then the same thing happens again when i head over there again. I managed to fix it by uninstalling a mod that spawned enemies near Wolfhorn, and it worked again....

Only for it to happen again when I approach the billboard ambush spot just before Ranger Station Charlie.

All I can ask here is that has anyone else experienced something like this before?
