(HELP NO LONGER NEEDED) Is it possible to ADD files to BSA files?
So I'm trying to install a mod, however it needs me to add sound files to the Fallout - Sound BSA file, how do I do this?

FOMM has a built-in BSA Browser.

Yes I know that, but so far I haven't seen a feature that lets me add files to a BSA

You can't add them.
You have to unpack the vanilla archive, extract all the files into a different folder, add your files, then repack the archive, name it the same as the vanilla archive, and then overwrite the vanilla archive.

What mod is asking you to do this anyway? It should be completely unnecessary at best, and gamebreaking at worst.

Well I installed the Fallout 3 Weapons Restoration mod, however some of the weapons don't use the original sound from Fallout 3, and there's an optional download that does exactly that, but the installation instructions said I have to get the weapon sounds from a Fallout 3 BSA file and put them in a Fallout NV BSA file, thus I made this post.
The readme for the mod doesn't say anything about putting files in the FNV BSA file. All it asks you to do is extract files from the FO3 BSA and put them in the FNV data folder.

I already tried that, but it didn't do anything, so I'm trying this

I told you that wouldn't do anything. BSAs are just for storage, like a zipped folder, and to keep people from accidentally deleteing vanilla files.

Actually I've been messing around with this method for the past hour and it seems to be working.
