CRASH when leaving the starting house
I've tried quite a few things I've read.
The memory expansion mod and crash fix mods.
Compatibility mode for Win 7
Verifying game files
Deleting the .ini files from my docs
Reinstalling
Running program with all permissions enabled
Running as administrator
Updating my drivers

It always crashes at the exact same point in the loading screen no matter what I do.

I encountered that glitch once with no mods at all.

What fixed it for me was saving right before I left the building then exiting the game and putting all settings down to the lowest possible in the game launcher.

Then I reloaded and was able to exit the starting house.

After you get outside you can save, exit and put the settings back to what they were before (maxed out for me).

You should now be able to reload again and play fine.

maybe some files or mods are conflicting with the exit door?
