Report a translation problem
I encountered that glitch once with no mods at all.
What fixed it for me was saving right before I left the building then exiting the game and putting all settings down to the lowest possible in the game launcher.
Then I reloaded and was able to exit the starting house.
After you get outside you can save, exit and put the settings back to what they were before (maxed out for me).
You should now be able to reload again and play fine.
Since I've never played the game before so I wanted to play it vanilla
