EDE-My love question

So I was contacted by the bos to come to them and bring ede but I wasn't contacted by the followers which is what I wanna do. I discovered hidden valley and waited two days and they still haven't contacted me. So my only option would be to spawn april in and talk to her or would that mess up the quest?. Thanks for any help

Do not spawn in quest givers, ever. Your game will be ruined. Just go do some other quests for a while. You will be notified.

Have you made contact with the Followers yet? If you don't go to the fort and talk to the head lady there, I forget her name, you won't be contacted anywhere else but in the Repconn headquarters. The message will play as soon as you come across two dead BoS Paladins.

The head lady's name is April Martimer at the Old Mormon Fort, just near Freeside's North Gate.

Depending on how you would do this quest, usually the Followers will contact you after being reached out by the Brotherhood of Steel, finding the holotape note on a dead Brotherhood member and discovering/reaching Hidden Valley.

I actually just found the dead bos paladins and I got contacted by april thanks for the help guys!
