Best Light Armour In The Game?

I'm using the Light Touch perk and wanted to know what are the best types of light armour too get in New Vegas.
I have all the DLC btw.
Any recommendations? Thanks.

It has a poison, fire resistance something like that I forgot the name but you can see it on crafting list

Joshua Graham's is pretty nice because of the crit chance

Sierra Madre Armor, Reinforced is the strongest armor in the game, DT wise. It's found in the DLC Dead Money. Without DLC, I think the Vault 34 security guard armor has the best DT. It's found in Vault 34, most common in its armory.
Joshua Graham's armor gives 15 DT and a 3% crit boost. It's found in Honest Hearts. Ulysess' Duster gives 13 DT and a 5% crit boost. It's found in Lonesome Road.
The Courier Duster gives 13 DT and a special affect depending on your faction reputations. It's found in Lonesome Road.
The Gecko-Backed Leather Armor, Reinforced gives 15 DT and resistance to fire and poison. It can be crafted with materials found in the Honest Hearts DLC and with a high Survival skill.
Early in the game, Reinforced Leather armor is the best option. It provides a good 10 DT. The other armors are found late into the game and in DLC. I reccomend getting Jury Rigging, as many of the armors can be hard to repair without it.

I'll go with two mentioned above; Joshua Graham's or Ulysses' Duster are the best by far. Light armor is all about those crits anyway.

Joshua Graham's armor is a bit easier to get earlier in the game, but the low item HP is noticeable.

A very good light armor that can be found very early in the game in the REPCONN test center (goul killing mission given in Novac) is the space suit. The suit has a DT of 10 and radiation resistance of 40 with a weight of only 7. The space helmet that is found next to it has an additional DT of 4 and 0 weight. It also has a low value, so it isn’t expensive to get fixed. It can be fixed with other radiation suits than can be bought cheaply from the salesman in the Crimson caravan headquarters. I have used this one during a very long time in the early part of the game before I started noticing that I need something stronger. It doesn’t look very good though with it’s strange bottles at the back.

For pure DT, the Sierra Madre Reinforced armour.
For stats that will complement Light Touch, Joshua Graham's armour.

Why not Ulysses's Duster? It adds a 5% increase to your crit chance.

Best light "armour" for a female Courier is Vera's dress.
Looks so stylish and on very hard you want DR, not DT.
Something you can max out with Med-x, Slasher and Battle Brew.

Unless you're dead set on more crits, than Ulysses his duster is the only real option, with a mention Graham's armour.
