so should I kill benny or not? I really wanted to kill him but he offered me somethings so what should I do?

Regardless of your decision, the story will progress. So kill him if you want to. Personally I'd let him go so that I can have the Legion crucfy him later.

The smug bastard doesn't look smug now that he is hanging on a cross.( looks best with fnv redesigned 3)

Or fight him in the arena,you also have the option to kill him on the spot. You get the gun no matter how you kill him.

Benny will have to be killed later on anyhow, as he is otherwise captured leaving the only one other option: to kill of all of Casears legion, a very costly and challenging decision. (Benny will die unless you have killed all of the legions members.) As a result of your hard work killing off the legion Benny will then just disapear from the game. You really can't save him.
