CaBaL's aMidianBorn stuff had some really awesome armor and weapon retextures for Skyrim. He made one called the "Book of Water" for New Vegas, but I haven't added it to my load order for my current game; it's on the list for the next one. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/39873/?

I installed it and I had glowing textures on the T51b powerarmor and Advanced Power armor and nothing changed for the others
