two step goodbye or balistic fist?

Depends on your build. If your not lucky then your better off with the ballistic fist. The two step goodbye relies on critical hits to activate its effect.

If a target is killed by a critical hit, the contact-triggered explosives will detonate within the fallen target after two seconds, subsequently dealing an extra 175 splash damage.
