New Vegas Difficulty questions

So i orignally got all the achievments on New Vegas on the PS3 now going for it on PC, but my question is one of unrelated matter, what is the diffrence between Hard and very hard? and if it is just the amount of hits you can take and how much damage you do is it worth cranking up? thanks in advance.

Unlike games with actual difficulty levels, in Bethesda games it's only ever worth it to play on normal.

Depends to be honest, i find normal too easy, so i play on hard atm it is a slight challange nothing extreme though

Yeah tends to be one of new vegas downfalls, Combat but otherwise the game is mostly perfect.

Also on Hardcore, you have to worry about Sleep, Hunger, and Dehydration. Also, on Hardcore, ammo has weight.
