Elijah cursing you

So I just beat Dead Money and I heard if you locked Elijah up [which I did] than you can later hear him curse you for defeating him. I tried to hear it but his signal just repeats the same signal quotes he gives over the game. Maybe it is a bug, I don't know. Is there a video of his message to the Courier I can listen to?

It is a bug. The conditions on the radio check if the cut quest NVDLC01MQ01d [01013c69] "Return to the Fountain" has been completed.
That quest was merged into the first objective of "Fires in the Sky" after you first recruit "the gang". This leaves the quest as still not completed when you lock Elijah in the vault and finish Dead Money.

You can get the radio to use the correct lines with this command.

Replace the xx with DM's load order, which is usually 1 or 5 for most people.
