missing npc trudy

I've researched this and have tried the ~ prid # suggestions to no avail. I just can't seem to bring Trudy into the game....she didn't die, she was just never there. Any ideas on this?

Trudy is initially disabled and doesn't appear until you complete Sunny Smiles' tutorial quest. You can skip the majority of the quest by using the [End Tutorial] option after the first part. As a failsafe, Trudy will also be enabled if Sunny Smiles is killed.

If you've used commands to teleport her or otherwise change her location I recommend that you load a save before doing so. Even though she's disabled, the commands will still take effect and she won't be where she needs to.

Thanks Ladez....you nailed it. I gave up trying summon her and played the Sunny tutorial. Voila, Trudy was there!
