Rifle Holsters Upside Down

so I started having this glitch where my rifle will holster upside down if im wearing Elite Riot Gear, and even if i unequip the armor it then does that for all armors or even no armor. ive never seen this before, but i did just install some mods (Tale Of Two Wastelands, the hotfix for that, The Mod Configuration Menu, and the update for that. although i dont think it was doing this before i installed the hotfix and the update) EDIT: i also have a mod that contained patches for both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas thats for being used with Tales Of Two Wastelands called "TTW Fixes 2.2.2" that i found on the Tales Of Two Wastelands website.

i dont like removing mods (or adding depending on what the mod is) without starting my save file cause it can make things screwy, so i was wondering if this is a known issue with the mods or its just a random glitch ive somehow never seen before i start messing with mod stuff.

the ttw installer come with a higher version than you patch with your hotfix 2.2.2 downgrade you mod an the old problems come back the current version of ttw is 2.9.4

on their website though it said the TTW Fixes 2.2.2 mod doesnt change TTW stuff though, just base game bug stuff that the TTW doesnt patch, my understanding is it just has TTW in the name because its for use with the TTW mod. why would they post that if it negatively affects their primary mod?

the guy they make this mod have long time no updates more. TTW run not stabil and make the engine really unstabil.There is also a very high price
