ghostly wispers?

so according to a youtube video you can apprently hear ghostly wispers coming from graves at night. I tried this myself with no results. Is there any truth to this claim?

It doesn't have to be at night, you'll always hear ghostly whispers. I'm not sure why you aren't hearing them. Maybe you're mistaking them for wind noises?

Probably only specific graveyards. I've heared them at the one by Camp Forlorn Hope.

Well i managed to hear the creepy wispers. At the goodsprings graveyard i belive. As the sun was setting too. Creepy
