Game not opening! (FIXED!)

So while playing New Vegas and doing the 'Still In The Dark' quest. My game froze. I thought nothing of it. But when I try to open it. It dosen't launch. If I use the normal launcher when I press play nothing happens. Not even a error message. If I launch it from NVSE it shows the NVSE terminal and immediatly closes it like normal but then nothing. I've tried:

- Reinstalling
- Using the installers in the Redists folder
- Changing my ini
- Changing read/write permissions
- Turning UAC off
- Verifying cache
- Running as Administrator
- Restarting Steam
- Restarting my PC

Basically anything I found from posts from people who had the same issue. Can someone help?
My computer has an Integrated graphics card and uses Windows 10.

only thing i can think of is deleting the contents of your new vegas folder and then uninstalling from steam, then reinstalling. if that doesn't work, delete the .blob file, restart steam, and if that fails i'm not sure what else you could do.

I have exacty the same problem. Little bit annoyed as i have only been playing for 3 hours =(

I did just restart my PC and it now seems to be working fine.

I wasn't going to uninstall because I was afraid that I was going to lose my save game but I learned that won't be deleted so trying it now. If that dosen't work than... I'll figure out what a .blob file is.

sorry, but deleting contents of new vegas folder removes save files, mods, and other stuff. i've only had to do it twice, but it usually fixes game breaking bugs/errors.

sorry, but deleting contents of new vegas folder removes save files, mods, and other stuff. i've only had to do it twice, but it usually fixes game breaking bugs/errors.

The saves are in the My Games folders in documents. Not the steam directory. I've uninstalled Skyrim which had the same system before and managed to find my saves still there.
