FWV TARDIS Powered Down in Basic Mode

This isn't really a question so much as it is a warning for all those who play the Fallout Who Vegas Mod. If you power down the TARDIS, do not turn of the Ancillary Power. It will revert the TARDIS to basic mode and unless I'm missing some information, you can only power it back up in Advanced mode. I tried to enter Advanced mode, but I had a room still open, meaning I couldn't do that, but I couldn't turn off the room because the TARDIS was powered off. I eventually restarted my game. I said this was more of a warning, but here's the question I have about it: Is there a way to power the TARDIS back up, should this event occur?
