[SOLVED]where can i find the super mutant resource pack mod?

iam trying to get the frank horrigan mod to work and i cannot seem to find it :/

Where did you find it? I've been looking and can't find it anywhere

Its a fallout 3 mod that has a misc file look up on nexus mods creature resources and find the super mutant resource pack misc file there and port it to NV
