Need Help with Pipboy Inventory Icons

So my playthroughs in Fallout NV are HEAVILY lore based, not some kind of military or space thing but something related to the lore since I either go Mr. House or Yes Man a lot. However I have a slight problem with one of the weapon icons appearing in the pipboy itself.

This is by far one of my favourite mods for Fallout NV simply because it's a real multi-weapon. However when I pull it up in my pipboy, even after uninstalling and re--installing the game, it wants to glitch for the weapon icon. It has a completely custom Icon and I've used the GECK to try and select the custom icon for the weapon and mods manually. However it doesnt want to appear and shows a completely glitched out inventory icon. This is the only weapon/weapon mods that does this out of all the ones I currently have installed. If someone could point me in the proper direction as on how to fix this, I would be grateful.

Yes I had installed the weapon mod menu after initially installing the G3 mod. However the issue in question isnt related to the weapon mod menu because after reinstalling Fallout NV it still was not showing the icon even without the mod. That was debunked.
