whats the difference bewteen mr house and yes man?

Yes man is your slave robot, and House is an actual human being cryopreserved from before the great war.

Yes man is a robot sex slave who is forced to obey your every command, Mr House is basically a 400 year old, shrivled-up piece of foreskin who runs new vegas

There is no option to have sex with Yesman, only FISTO is a sex robot.
Though in my personal headcanons, my female Couriers also get some "upgrades" for Ed-E... XD

And Mr House is a rare pre war ghoul not made with radition, but freeze dried instead... XD

More like an autocracy with a free market libertarian or minarchist society.

House doesn't care what people do with their lives, how they spend their money or their beliefs. As long as they don't get violent in Vegas or obstruct business, then they are left alone.

It's up to you. With house you follow his master plan, but for the perfect ending you need 100 speech.

Yes man let's you decide what factions to side with and which ones to kill off. You get a bit more freedom with yes man. But ultimately leave no one in control of Vegas and leave it in an unstable situation.

You can kill the NCR, the Legion, and House. You can't kill Yes Man because the devs wanted to preserve at least one possible ending for the player, barring all others.
