Fast Travel from indoors

I need a mod that will allow me to fast travel even if im in a building. I have downloaded
this one but it does not work. Please give me some recomendations.

The restriction on fast travel from indoors is there for a reason. Removing it would allow you to bypass essential scripted triggers leading to broken quests.

oh, The thing is I am glitched inside a building called "Fiends Safehouse" I am pretty sure this location comes from a mod but I am not sure. The game requires you to climb a ladder to get out my game glitches when I do this and I just spazz out on the ladder. Any idea on what I could do?

Use one of these 'coc' codes to place yourself somewhere else.

Can you get to where you need to go by noclipping?

If not, just teleport out of there with the console. No need for an in-doors fast travel mod.

I can not get there by noclipping but I am launching my game right now to try the coc code.

It worked Thank you just one more question does using console commands such as these not allow you to get achievements?

Any input to the console disables achievements, but only for the current game session. Save your game and exit to desktop and you'll be able to earn achievements next time you play.
