how do i trigger veronicas quest?

i tried to do the vault 3 ramp thing,but nothing...is it a bug? Or do i need to do something? I only recruited...currently im on mission at black mountain so i can join brotherhood of steel...she helped me open the door at hidden valley...

Just meet different people with her in your party, she'll talk to you eventually.
The followers at the Fort in Freeside and the Boomers are two factions that count toward her starting her quest ^^
I believe the Khans as well

It takes more than just one event to trigger her quest, there are three in total. Vault 3 is just one of them. Each time she will say something and you need to talk to her about her comment.

You have only mentioned 2 locations. You must travel to 3 of the qualifying locations. Minimum. Travel to all of them to be sure.

The problem is that i havent heard her talking :/ actually i also went to the camp mccarran terminal 1 and still nothing...

Well it looks like its a bug where if you progressed a lot in the game,veronica wont say anything that can trigger her quest...however,by travelling to vault 11 and making her wait before you enter the suicide chamber and exiting again,should debug it...according to the fallout wiki at least.im gonna complet boomer quets,get the air device thing and try that,so wish me luck... ;)

No you have to make a pass at her then when she shoots you down you ask her if she was ever in "love" before. Yeah, that's what you do!

Out behind the d^mn junkyard by Novac is a shack with a computer and azz loads of booze; go there NOW! Just had to make me spoil sh!t didn't you...

V likes boobz-n-butttz - BnB like bed and breakfast - that comparison doesn't work out oddly well, too kewl. She got good taste in vintage apparel too. Get her a fuggn dress!!! D^mn people...

Veronica has her moments of awesomeness and quite a few unlockable nuances (one of which deals with the Followers, but it has a really poopy end to it). Strange enough, I had glitching with all companion story lines the first time around - actually, first couple of times around.

DO NOT let the Glitch rule your existence! Know whatum sayin?!

Yep guys it worked the vault thing :D

Yep - vault 22 for the food stuff.

Helios and the target designator gun (there are two in game) - I usually get mine in FreeSide ~just listen for pew pew pew.

Boomer's old vault has a weapon buried pretty deep inside.
