Going for the sneaky, not openly aggressive frumentarii style could probably be fun. Infiltrate and sabotage NCR whenever you can.

For this you should kill vulpes in nipton so you get a frumentarius helmet without bad legion reputation ( mark of Ceasar wipes it )

Using a marked men helmet that resembles Laniuses helmet along with armor of the 87th tribe
( will give you some bad legion rep for nuking Dry Wells ) will make you look alot like Lanius, and very menacing

Isn't there one in the Legion safehouse though? Killing Vulpes fails at least one pro Legion quest.

The Legion tolerate homosexuality. Just saying, maybe there's a reason to join them after all...

Go for a full melee/ throwing weapons build. Maybe add some explosives aswell.

Kill all NCR personall on sight. Killing civilians optional, enslaving them would be better.

Always be a hardass during conversations. Get your own personal slave at caesar's HQ.
