This one is great though.

Changes bullet speed to be more like bullets, instead of traveling at the speed of an arrow.
The change is very noticeable, and I can't play without it.
My Apologies, I mean mods that improve the shooting mechanic to be better like in FO4.
This one is also really good.

Especially since I feel that F4's shooting feels better mainly because of recoil. It's otherwise not much different.

Project Nevada adds FPS specializations like a hot-key for throwing grenades and a sprint button assignment using a stamina meter; additionally, the mod provides settings that respect armor where helmets lessen damage to the head in combat effectively, but lack of head gear makes you more susceptable to damage and possibly 1-shot head shots.
Tale of Two Wastelands is compatible with Project Nevada as well, so you can play FO3 and NV with Project Nevada using a single installation, but some mods may not be compatible with either game or Tale of Two Wastelands.
