Does anyone know how to make contact with the Brotherhood Of Steel? My map marker is pointing me to a hollowed out rock and theres and sand storm going on so its impossible to tell where im going.

Wait till it's day so the sandstorm isn't blocking your view.
Or just follow the marker. It isn't hard.

She just helps you get inside, not in finding out where they're hiding in the first place.

As mentioned, wait until daylight, the sand storm doesn't rage at that time. You'll then find three options for looking, only one of which is the right place.

Go into the bunkers. If your picklock skill is high enough you can enter the bunker. otherwise go when its day.

well i went into it and was still dressed as a member of the NCR so that sucks

fast travel to Hidden Valley. Turn left 90 degrees and go into the first door (easily with Veronca).

Veronica is key to getting in without being taken into custody, but you can still get in without her --they key is finding the right doors to open not a rock although some rocks do act as keys, just not in this instance. Snoop around!
