How does one start the enclave quests?

I want to find the sweet enclave armor and the companion, how and where do I start the quest?

Arcade Ganon in Old Mormon Fort, start there.

Gotta get Ganon first then take him around with ya. Best to always talk to your companions and frequently as they often hint to their interests (triggers); there is NPC companion content too adding some much appreciated game play opportunities.


I think the only NPC companion that does not offer content is Raul --if I'm wrong enlighten me (not talking about any mods either).

Raul == Sulik I believe (withstanding GOG Sulik expansion DLC).
(Sulik was a FO2 NPC companion with a broken story quest line [non-existent])
