-First you'll need the id of the NPC here it is Dean Domino, then I think that Dean Domino is only in DM so you need DM.

-Here is the base id of Dean Domino + link of the character : http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Dean_Domino

xx0012fe

-You see there id XX this is the place of your DM DLC in the load order. So i placed it right after FalloutNV.esm were the XX will be 00 cause it's the first thing to be load, and because DM is just after FalloutNV.esm the XX will be 01

To check the load order, I only know two ways:
1- Nexus Mod Manager
2- FOMM

-Link that's explain everything: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Help:Form_IDs

-Then there is a comand wich is

player.placeatme <base id>

-Then here is an explanation of all the command in FNV : http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_console_commands

-Or I paste here for player.placeatme description:
player.placeatme <base id> – Spawns Creature/Non-player character, static objects, and containers. They will spawn on top of you, so make sure you are in an open area if you spawn a lot.

-So in game use the console and enter :

player.placeatme 010012fe
this is 01 for me because of my load order

OK, I don't have DM so I'll have to use Caesar as a substitute

You can also just have a character go to that DLC/area, open the console, and click on a door or other object and look at it's id. As long as it isn't something that is in the players inventory/character spawned, it shouldn't give you the ff.

Yeah you are right but after DM you cant' return in the area so you cant get the ID by clicking on it

The bunker should suffice, as a bunch of stuff in there is DM specific. I think the radio should at the very least work.

As an example, if I use player.placeatme 00097BC5 that is supposed to give me a clean Vault bed at my character's present location. As far as it goes, yes... BUT... the bed spawns UNDERNEATH me and sunken half way into the floor... doesn't help much.

How do we overcome this happening and put the bed where it's supposed to be?
Cheers,
T

Maybe TCL into the air a few feet and see what happens?
