^Animation Project.
Having used both Project Nevada (linked above) in the past and presently using the animation project. I much prefer the animation project for my sprint needs. Its nearly identical to the Fallout 4 type sprinting, and also includes a few "parkour" elements, like a new running jump and the ability to roll.
you can really see it shine here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEZe6SIZH50
And the best part is that the animation project and project nevada are fully compatible (you just have to disable project nevada sprint from the MCM menu), and the animation project (from what Ive seen) appears compatible with nearly every other animation as well, being an .ESM file and all.
