30 FPS feels like a crawl.
I tried playing this on Xbox once.........once.
You can expect 5 seconds to pass before you fully turn around too.

lol I wouldnt call it stupid. I mean I have no idea how much experience you have with the game. Just the other day there was a thread from a guy who didnt know that you could use faction armor as a disguise, and another guy thought he went through Honest Hearts after he accidently shot and killed Follows-Chalk thus failing the entire main questline (he somehow missed the giant notice that says "Chaos in Zion").
Edit: I can't even begin to figure out what would be wrong with the Xbox version, since its vanilla and Fallout NV was optimized for consoles to begin with.
