Clothing? that's a good question. i usually only found vanilla clothing items from looting casinos on the strip or after various assassinations were carried out. otherwise looted from my attackers.

the vanilla clothing isn't really extensive.

I like "Spice of Life" clothing/armor mod. It adds a crapload of new gear. It even adds new types of stuff like backpacks(increased carry weight limit), ponchos, and masks that add skill buffs. You also need a body replacer mod for it though.

Yeah unlike Bethesda fallout games this game doesn't have a shop where you can go and just buy various articles of clothing with no defensive value.

Basically if you see someone wearing something you like just kill them for it.
