You're probably talking about the Dragunov Sniper rifle, this weapon is integrated in Project Nevada equipment's plugin as "Chinese Sniper Rifle". Otherwise here a high-res texture one on this link : http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49378/?
