Best Late Light Cavalry Focused Civ?
By Light Cavalry Focused I mean Civs with good Light Cavalry Line, and other stuff that can support the Light Cavalry, mainly Units and Economy.
I was thinking about Huns(FU + Cav Archer), Mongols(High HP + Fast Siege), and Saracens(Good Economy + Siege Cav Archer).

Magyars all the way, Magyar Huszar + FU Cav archers with 12 attack.

Off the beaten path, but I imagine a couple unlikely civs have some pretty good light cavalry. Take the Burmese for example (Hussars with all Stables and Blacksmith upgrades available) plus Manipur Cavalry giving them added attack vs buildings. Combined with Arambai, would be a pretty compelling raiding civ.

Magyars and Mongols are the best.
Malians and Berbers also have good bonuses for light cav.

Magyars, Mongols, Malians, Berbers, more or less in this order. The fact that Magyars can create cheap normal hussars and a unique variant that has anti-siege bonus and stats somewhere between a knight and cavalier makes the the absolute best by a wide margin though.

Magyars are your best bet.

All the Civ bonusses or Unique techs that affect Scout line Cavalry:

Magyar (cheaper)
Mongols (+2LOS, + 30% HP, - no final armor tech)
Berber (cheaper)
Malians (+5attack, no final attack tech, no Husar)
Burmese (+6attack vs. buidings)
Turks (free upgrades)
Franks (+20% HP, 40% faster creation, -no bloodlines, - no Husar)
Huns or Hun Allies (20% faster creation)

By a raw guess I would say Magyars: their unique unit is a hussar (their unique tech is making their hussar free).

But I find interesting that with the Mongols' winged hussars I were able to stop an army of janissaries (considerable but not enormous losses).
