Saracens team bonus is actual garbage
Please change this team bonus, actually its maybe the worst of every single team bonus.
What do you think?

no, it is not.
you can tear through enemy farms faster, which may not sound like much, but wiping out someones wood-investment in thier farms in feudal age/ castle age, its pretty devastating to thier efficiency.. ( yes and cutting through a palisade wall alot faster helps too,.)

and theres at least a couple civs that utilize it well, china chuko nus, pretty sure each arrow they shoot gets the +1 dmg. and maya archers, alredy making use of obsidian arrow,

theres far weaker / far more niche bonuses other teams have.
saracens are also a very versitile civ with good power units - siege ongaer, siege rams, bbcannon, siege engineer tech.. + buff camels, + top tier cav archers. bull blacksmith, great monks. so its not like they need some strong extra bonus.

It is one of the best bonuses, essentially doubles the archer damage output against buildings. Especially great at tearing down house walls, decreasing the dead time archers waste on destroying farms if you are not good enough at microing them, and they can even have better chances to negate towers in feudal and early castle fights.
Paired with Chu Ko Nus, a Chinese player can tear down entire bases with their archers alone.

It's ok, the amount of times you need archers to tear down a pallisade is actually quite high. The Inca TB on the other hand...

Its bonus is dependent on which buildings you're facing. An Arbalest has six base damage, raised to 10 when you factor in the Blacksmith upgrades and Chemistry. Therefore, the bonus is only useful against buildings with 9 or less pierce armour. Unfortunately, this is actually a rather small group by Post Imperial age, Farms, Palisades, Town Centres (for civs lacking Architecture), Gates, Towers (for civs with either Keep or Masonry, but not both), and maybe one or two others I missed.

It's slightly better for Britons (Elite Longbow has 7 base attack), Chinese (both basic and Elite Chu Ko Nu have 8 attack), Mayans (Obsidian Arrows raise archers' damage high enough that the bonus does matter against all buildings) and Vietnamese (Elite Rattan Archer has 7 attack).

It works differently, it is a separate anti-building attack stat, and since the minimum damage is always 1, it means all archers will do +1 damage to all buildings, regardless of their defences. The result is naturally the same, but it still means the bonus damage is something that will affect every attacked enemy building regardless of anything.

Oh, so it's a bonus applied after the armour calculation is made? That is a pretty awesome bonus then.
