Is eating uncooked rice bad?
Does eating uncooked rice bad for you and what are the benefits of cooking the rice?

Uncooked rice is good to eat, the only side effect is that you get thirsty faster when eating it. I think that cooking rice doesnt have this dehidratation side effect and so it does not lower your thirst.

IRL, uncooked rice does nothing to you. You just don't digest it as easily, and ends up coming out in the same manner as when you eat corn. :)

On top of a large stomach ach. Much like the rock feeling in your gut and hurts when you move around.
