!workshop folder

I've created a LAN server and wanted to add Mods to it, so I watched a video on how to do it. He says I need to go to the !workshop folder and move files from there to the Dayz server file but I don't have one. Before anyone asks, Yes I do have hidden files visible. The only way I can access the mod files is through E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\221100 and as you can see the files are all just numbers instead of @CF for example. Any help would be appreciated
