Whats better dried or cooked or baked food.

It's baked>boiled>dried. Not by too much in terms of calories. For example wolf steak is 245 energy baked, 175 boiled, 140 dried (140 raw as well). However dried food lasts longer than baked or boiled, about twice as long or more. But meats aren't good for storing in the first place so if you are cooking meat, you usually eat it on the spot and carry a few extra peices for a second meal a bit later on.

So bake all the meats and eat until full and save packaged foods for when you run out of meat, as a backup.
