Help me find Multivitamin Pills

Do someone of you know a good location to find them? I am litteraly run 6 real time hours arround the map and cant find any multivitamin pills.

We didn't find their any multivitamins. And we lootet 5-6 so far. Is their maybe another spawnlocation in houses?

We have that already. I have 500hours in the game but had a long break. The entire spawn location of the items is different like it was 2 years ago.
But thank you anyway! Than we gonna run to some other hospitals. Wish us luck. :)

I don't think they spawn in hospitals or in the medical spawn area. They spawn in civilian houses, the outdoor toilets and maybe garages/sheds.

I'm not an expert on the loot economy but looking at the configs, vitamins are tagged with 'Town' and 'Village', so no medical buildings. Although I think they have a small chance of spawning inside medical containers, like paramedic clothing for example.

I find them everywhere, just not in hospitals, most often in garages/sheds.

U wanna find multi pills. Look for rags. Dayz tip 324. U never find what your looking for until ur looking for something else.

I didnt find any vitamin pills. So i killed myself and started new. xD But thank you for the help!

You know, I never search for vitamins, but I always seem to have one or two bottles on me, strange how that works.

I find them in deer stands quite often. It always seems to be that you can never find what you need when you need it. We spent two days looking for a sledgehammer.

I have found vitamins in broken down busses, bus stops, cars and civilian houses.
