Report a translation problem
open the official launcher, turn off all mods, go parameters, all parameters, turn on bulldozer, open game.
if it opens exit the game, go back to launcher and turn bulldozer off. try it again.

OK in that case, delete the game, close steam, delete all battleye files located in the following loctions:
C:\users\(your username)\appdata\local\dayz\
and
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye\
(might be easier just to delete the folders)
Now re open steam as an administrator and re download and install dayz, it could be a battleye problem.
