Close every open window.
Run the ASUS GPU Tweak on OC. This defragments the system memory, closes almost every user program (even Steam), stops unnecessary system services, and turns up the visual effects to the best appearance.
After that:
Level 1: Start the game > black screen > after 5 seconds without the TFD loading screen > ALT+TAB > close the game > try again.
Level 2: Start the game > black screen > TFD loading screen appears, but if the rotating loading icon at the bottom right doesn't rotate for 10 seconds > ALT+TAB > close the game > try again.
Level 3: Start the game > black screen > TFD loading screen with rotating loading icon at the bottom right (and doesn't stop rotating for 10 seconds) > arriving at the Menu > Start the login with ENTER > Shader Loading screen - if the percent counter stops for 20 seconds > ALT+TAB > close the game > try again.
Level 4: The same as Level 3, but the Shader Loading screen's percent counter doesn't stop for 20 secs, it reaches 100% > You arrive in Albion! You are HAPPY!
I have had to do this between 1 and 10 times every day for the last 7 days.
I think this is caused by overloaded servers, not my computer, because after a successful start, it runs smoothly (30fps) on 3440x1440 with everything set to ultra + DLSS Quality + Raytracing ultra + Ray Reconstructing on + Motion Blur OFF.
After a successful start, I can ALT+TAB and start other programs without any issue.
My theory is this: the black screen, the stopping loading icon on the TFD loading screen, and the stopping percent counter on the shader loading screen are intentional. When the servers are not ready to receive more players, one of those three stages will stop your game start.
When the game servers are doing fine, and it seems that more players won't overload the servers, the game will let you enter. My only evidence for this is that even though many players are complaining about this, the developers haven't said a word about it. This is because they know but don't want to tell the truth. Hopefully, they are working on this, and after one more week, they will solve this server capacity issue, and we can all forget about these "black screen", "stopping loading icon", and "stopping percentage counter at shader loading".
I hope this very much, because it is very frustrating to play a try-or-die game for 5-30 minutes every day before being able to play the real game.
Have even switched off MSI afterburner in case the anti-cheat was picking it up & put it on my 'Game profile' list in Bitdefender but still no luck.

Can it really just be the client server is at capacity at launch without the 'your in a queue' notice?
The first black TFD loading screen is not a result of servers being overloaded. I have 2 PCs one worked just fine other did not. Again. I recommend opening cmd as administrator and typing "sfc /scannow" and make sure windows is up to date. This fixed the issue on my desktop.
