Possibly. I can't play Ghost's of Tsushima at all either. But Diablo 4, CoD, Fortnite, Helldivers all run flawlessly and rarely if ever crash!
I know the Ghost's crossover developers mentioned something about power, but that was only default from Windows "Power Plans"

so managed to fix this by following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7J_wPCampdU
basically error is caused by a failed windows update that will not install due to the windows recovery partition not being large enough for the update.

Check graphics drivers for updates and pc for an update.
I deleted the entire M1 directory and it got me back in.
I closed discord and then launched the game and it worked
