FPS drop?
Is the PC version not optimized? My FPS drop dramatically when i'm in the first town on medium settings even sometimes on low. i don't believe that this game would be that demanding like cyberpunk 2077 for example when the graphics are not that good.

ASUS GTX 970
I7 4790K
24GB RAM

No. It's not. My 1080 Ti cannot go above 48 FPS except when no scenery and no screen effects (rain) are moving on screen.

It's not the PC version. It's the game. Welcome to ps5 times, where the same looking game suddenly needs twice the resources. Get used to it.

The game doesn’t even have a native ps5 version..

How are you guys struggling with this game? i'm able to run the game just fine I only have a prebuilt gaming pc bought from best buy. It's a Cyberpower Gaming Pc with a Amd ryzen 3 3100, radeon rx 570, just the standard 8gb ram will look to upgrade it soon.

Unless you are playing on 4k which decreases fps a lot apparently.

im late cos my cpu broke down and i finally got to play this but,,,

Yea, im having fps/stuttering problems as well. The vortex cutscene for one dropped my fps to single digits. Any idea how to fix this?

i5-6600k
rtx 3070

Because that's how computers work. Just having "high end" specs doesn't guarantee things will work perfectly. Slight changes in hardware or even back-end software can have drastically different experiences. Consoles don't experience this because.. they're all literally uniformly produced with the exact same components and software.

970 is a bit outdated.

I have no problem with FPS drop in any map. But it's dropping when I browse items in shops. Probably has nothing to do with GPU but the game's reading item thumbnails. I'm on a 3000m/s M2 SSD but it still have a problem.

i had 0 issue and my pc is not even high end , is even i say is a little old at this point,
i5-8400
1050ti
12gb ram
ssd M2

i can play at 55- 60 fps in medium , so is fine i guess i dont know what you expected but for my this is really is smooth

what would be good settings?
i have 2070 super ultra from evea
i dont have it at 4 k i have it at the lower setter 3k or so.

I didnt check them one by one so not sure on that, aside from screenspace reflections being very taxing.

Which the Steam Deck is suppose to have a more power then the Switch and look how good the Switch runs over the Steam Deck.... :skullz:
