So I got throuh the mission up until the game asked to build the roof. Where can I get the Roof blueprint? It does not appear in a workbench menu, neither on your phone as well as you can't buy it through the towns mayor. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

The roofing is the worst part of the building mechanic, it will be at the workbench menu, there are 5 pieces, two level ones and two level twos and corners. Make sure that each roof piece is supported by a wall. Good luck.
