Hints on what NPC like

I've upset a couple of NPC's that now say they will no longer talk to me. I've tried giving them legendarys from my crop for a week but they're still pissed. I started a new game to see if their initial dialog hinted on what they wanted. What am I doing wrong and can we please get easier "talks" with them when they do not like you anymore how to repair the relationship? Thank you!

Each NPC will have things they like or dislike more then others but they do not have one set thing so trying different things to gift is the best path forward. They will let you know by their reactions how much they enjoy a gift.

Bear in mind also that gifting only effects the relationship once per day so spamming multiple gifts a day will not boost it any quicker.
