Was enjoying this game till clicking on a door frame and clicking to remove it, so I can change where the entrance to my house is after expanding caused the entire house to blow up, kill me and basically destroy all the crops I had grown and stored.

Can't revert to an earlier save before it starts a new day.

Think it might have been due to having solar panels on the roof attached to the door frame.

Damn, that was extreme! I really hope we get a manual save some day. I had to start over several times because of mistakes I made the day before sleeping.

That happened to me as well. I hold my breath when I destroy any items. On the bright side, I was planning to change my house, so this was my opportunity to do so. Good luck next time!

I didn't know this was a thing! I was taking my house down to start another & it blew up. Destroy entire house, everything in it, me, water well, fencing & 3 of 4 very expensive chickens! Not being able to revert to a previous save is ridiculous

Had the same. ALT-F4 helps to reset to the beginning of the day.

Eventually I discovered it was because of the 2nd floor and the roof. Dismantled those and then I could replace.

Make sure you don't have a vehicle close by, like parked next to the house. Seems they tend to blow up like nuclear bomb as soon as they detect a destroy action no matter what you destroyed.

At my place it was the solar system on the roof that blew up when I accidentally removed a wall and parts of the roof came crushing down

yeah the wall placement, putting the furniture down is where i ended up stopping playing. Worse when you've got a second story. If you could go first person view if you're placing stuff when you've already established the house itself would work wonders.. but i could be there 15-20 just trying to place one interior wall or door or just any furniture at all.
Sims had it easier...

I'm just sick and tired of this game CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much HARD WORK that I've done all day, has to be done ALL OVER AGAIN. It's feeling like GROUND HOG DAY now. 8th day of fall, and I can't make it to day 9. SUCKS.

If you are getting crashes then post a crash report in the Bug Report forum and remember to include your player.log file, just saying you keep crashing with disconnects gives us nothing to look into for you.
