It would really help if you gave us more information then that, such as:
Are you using a VPN? Are you trying to play in offline mode? Are you playing from your own library or family sharing? Are you using a PC or Steam Deck?
Please let us know as much information that you can that might help us identify what is causing your issue.

Ich nutze kein VPN, Ich starte das Spiel ganz normal über Steam oder über auf dem Desktop hinterlegten Button. Ich brauche keine Familienfreigabe , keine Ahnung was Sie damit meinen.

Family sharing is an option where families share one library but in your case as you didn't know what it was that rules that out.

Can you go into your settings and turn seamless multiplayer off and let me know if that makes any difference.
