Eggs Not Getting Fertile

I have 1 Rooster Legendary and 5 Chickens Legendary and none of the eggs are being fertilized, I thought it may have been a winter thing but I am now 5 days into Spring and still the same, is this a bug?

They need to be at a breeding age and have all their needs and satisfactions met.

I found a fix, my coop had 2 roosters and 5 chickens but the barn said it only had 3 animals inside, I took the Rooster to another coop put him down in there to reset his home and than took him back to the proper coop and the next day all eggs were fertile!
