As Panadol324 said, you can, for now, purchase them at the City Hall, you will be able to mine for it in the upcoming mining update as well as other alternatives planned for the future.

I did found a few pieces of zerkonite also in trash bins, so you could try your luck with those.

They had dungeons and mining on the cover page of their product on geforce now store page. it doesnt seem to be on the steam page. huge disappointment that the mines are not ready yet
