Sonic Frontiers Framerate Uncap [Cheat Engine Table]
Here's what I managed to get for a framerate uncap for Sonic Frontiers. It's normally capped at 60FPS, but my 6900XT has no issues going above 144FPS at 2560x1440 and maxed settings. You'll need Cheat Engine installed to use this.

Some notes regarding gameplay and cutscene quirks:

Note that cutscene animations (the non-FMV ones) still have animations that update at 30FPS, but particle effects and such animate fine, I (or someone else) may have to investigate this.

There is also some problems with Sonic's velocity not launching far enough in the 4-3 subspace level, which makes it unpassable unless you temporarily cap the framerate to 60 at the start of the level.

Using the light dash may cause Sonic to get stuck or for his movement to visibly lag in some scenarios.

Some cutscenes can have lip-syncing desyncs with the audio.

Also, PSA for those that already played the Switch version, dump your save using Checkpoint, and then copy the save folders over to "%appdata%\Sega\SonicFrontiers\steam\STEAMAPPIDHERE", making sure that the files have a .dat extension added to them.

UPDATE: This Cheat Engine table no longer works with the latest version of the game. HedgeModManager has updated tweaks for this and even stuff like ultrawide support.
I'd suggest to go and use that instead.

This happens in the base game :(

Yeah, just decided to give that a try, and Forces still has the same issue of feeling like it's running at 60FPS, even with the codes.

Sonic Generations with some codes can run unlocked, BUT even with the input response fix, movement has problems with not registering.

forces needs to be set to unlocked in the game settings as well if you haven't already

Yeah I did that, attempting the 30 or 60 options makes the game speed up, but the unlocked mode seems like it has the same exact behavior as it does normally.

I cannot get this to work at all. I set both limits to 144 fps but nothing changes.

Make sure you selected the process and are running in Borderless Windowed mode.

Little tip to reduce desync, 120 works wonders, since it divides evenly into 60 and 30 fps, so I guess framerate and sound still matches. I actually locked it to 116, keeps the FPS reallt 120 in cutscenes instead of about 125-ish. This is great for quick time events and boss fights.

Game's framerate limiter is trash then. I guess having that problem is preferable to counting too high and causing stutter, just not great for latency when the limiter's supposed to run at 120 and it actually runs at 125.

Devs and some idiots thinks that 30/60 fps is still a thing sure it was fire back in 2010 lmao, Hey you need at least 120fps to play this game properly.

Damn, I better refund it. My RTX 2080 Ti doesn't even support 120 FPS.

30fps definitely needs to go, its was okay for older console generations but even the new consoles can push 120 fps.
