I have a problem with error 2000. I installed microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86 after googling, but still this error apears. Any advice?

У меня была проблема на Windows 8.1 64 bit. После авторизации в Social Club просто напросто нечего не происходило и игра не запускалась.
Я установил net framework 4.5 и Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 (x
86), также советуют ставить Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1.
Потом я скачал Game for Windows LIVE установил его с совместимостью с Windows 7 от имени администратора.
