I am getting "SecuLauncher failed to start 2000" error. I tried to remove and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redustributable. But problem continues.. Please help!!!

check your Drivers, Directx,video card,installed/check net framework.vcredist,also microsoft c++ required

in steam directory/steamapps/common/gtaiv/installers . most are in there.

Look for the GFWL application and set its properties to run as administrator.
It should be at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games for Windows - LIVE\Client

You must be sure of everythings, Game for Windows Live updated from the microsoft site, directx, Visual C++, etc... then you can have compatibility to work for you.
